Fanatics Terms and Conditions
- IMPORTANT! To earn your future discounts and take advantage of members-only special offers at Exclusive Books you must present your card before your purchase has been rung up at the till. Fanatics future discounts cannot be claimed after a purchase has been rung up.
- One future discount is earned for every Rand spent at Exclusive Books and one future discount is earned for every Rand spent on book product on www.exclusivebooks.co.za. Only goods purchased at the full or indicated retail price qualify for Fanatics Future Discounts. Future Discounts cannot be earned on purchases of confectionery, plastic bags and gift cards/vouchers.
- At the end of every quarter, Fanatics members who have accumulated 400 future discounts or more will receive a Fanatics future discount reward Coupon. Members who have not accumulated 400 future discounts, or have a future discount balance remaining, will have their future discounts carried forward to the next quarter.
- Fanatics coupons can be redeemed against any purchase at Exclusive Books and are valid until their expiration dates. They cannot be exchanged for cash or Exclusive Books gift cards/vouchers and no change will be given upon redemption of the coupon.
- Fanatics coupons can only be redeemed at Exclusive Books when a Fanatics card bearing the same membership number is presented.
- Membership is open to all Exclusive Books customers (one card per customer). Replacement cards will be issued upon completion of a lost card application form.
- As a Fanatics member you will receive details of special offers from EB Online, Exclusive Books and their affiliate companies. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except where this is necessary for the operation of the programme.
- EB Online and Exclusive Books reserve the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Fanatics Programme or any membership at any time without notice.
