      Anna Claybourne is a science writer who has a passion for nature and wildlife. She has written more than 300 books on many different subjects. An avid sea swimmer, camper and wildlife-watcher, she also loves mythology and folklore, and writes about mermaids and sea monsters as well as countless real-life creatures.Richard Mead is a writer and editor who specialises in factual titles for children, as well as film and TV-themed publications. He is also a fully qualified scuba diver with over 100 dives logged.With 25 years’ experience as an author, Cath Senker has written over 170 children’s books, ranging from history, biography, global and social issues to world religions, geography, science, business and environmental topics. Her geography titles include a series about climates around the world: Desert, Tropical, Polar, and Temperate Climates.Dr. Alicia Williamson is a children's nonfiction writer and editor with a passion for science communication.
